Order Cancellation

If we receive your cancellation request before the order has been dispatched for delivery or before the preparation has begun for pick-up orders, we will refund the total amount in €. Unfortunately, once the order is in preparation or dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations or provide refunds.

We take great care to ensure that your order is prepared correctly and completely. Refunds for Non-Consumable Items
