'CobaltGrove started with a humble ambition: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to Via Roma 55. The Romano family founded our pizza parlor in 1985, which began as a quaint, family-managed venture carrying recipes passed down from ancestors.
The inception of 'CobaltGrove' was fueled by Mia Romano's aspiration to replicate the enchantment of Neapolitan pizza, polished during her Italian sojourn, learning from Naples' revered pizzaiolos. Arriving back in the UK, her mission became to offer a genuine Italian pizza experience, honoring long-established techniques and choice ingredients.
Our beginnings as a cozy eatery with just 12 seats have escalated into a celebrated neighborhood fixture, yet our dedication to prime quality and authenticity has remained unwavering. Adhering to vintage wood-fired oven methods, our daily fresh-made dough, and procurement of premium-grade components, we persist in tradition.
Still a family enterprise, today 'CobaltGrove' stands with the Romano progeny at the helm, steering a team filled with enthusiasm. While contemporary innovations have been adopted, our essence remains intact: we craft luscious, genuine pizzas that unite patrons.
